How to Apply

On this page, you will find loan details and application requirements as well as the Local Lending Company’s process for reviewing and approving projects.

Once your information has been submitted, whether it is through this application or direct contact, it will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. From there, the Board of Directors will appoint you a Board Chair who will coach you through the application process, gathering of all necessary documents and developing a formal presentation.

After your formal presentation, the Board will meet to discuss the approval of your application before providing a decision based on current community needs. 

Required Additional Information

The following items must be submitted with this completed application:

• Current financial statement of the individual(s) and/or organization
• Bank references
• Details of proposal and cost itemization
• Description of how the proposal addresses loan review criteria
• Other pertinent information

For Facelift Applications

In addition to the above requirements, the applicant must also provide one set of building elevations showing existing façade conditions and one set of elevations showing all proposed façade improvements. Façade improvements should be designed in a manner that is consistent with the age and texture of the structure and its immediate surroundings.

For Construction Applications

In addition to the above requirements, the applicant must also provide one set of plans detailing improvements and/or construction to be done. Back-up specifications and contractor bids will also be required where appropriate.
